It's always a good idea to set goals, even if most resolutions fall by the wayside after a few weeks. The key is to take it one step at a time! The common mistake is setting goals that are too ambitious from the start. I'm offering you 5 hair resolutions to take or leave.
1 - You don't necessarily find the right products on the first try! You're looking for the magic potion! So test new products, shampoo, conditioner... Throw away or give away anything that harms your hair type! This is how you'll adapt your hair routine!
2 - Don't be afraid to cut your hair! The tapered haircut is very trendy right now! Long, medium-length, short, a trim can only do them good, every 3/4 months to avoid split and damaged ends.
3 - Temperatures are unusually high, but the wind is lurking, and it will gladly damage your pretty ends and draw out every last drop of remaining water. Treat yourself each week to a revitalizing oil bath to keep dryness away from your curls.
4 - Manipulate your hair as little as possible: twists, vanilla braids, braids, extensions, crochet braids... the choice is wide! You will surely find something that suits you, there's just one thing to respect: Stick to your hair routine!
5 - Love your hair! Love yourself and the rest will follow!
Happy New Year!
